Irritable bowel syndrome affects millions of Americans, many of them not even realizing that the symptoms they feel are not normal. Some suffer from severe constipation, while others deal with diarrhea. Other symptoms are gas and bloating. According to the Mayo Clinic, as many as 1 in 5 adults has irritable bowel syndrome.
While spastic colon is often used interchangeably with IBS, the two are not always identical. Spastic colon can sometimes be caused by a virus or the use of antibiotics. If this is the case, the condition is typically resolved within a matter of months. IBS-related spastic colon, however, tends to be long-term and requires some form of treatment and lifestyle changes to alleviate the pain and discomfort.
Stress is another possible cause of irritable bowel syndrome. We are exposed to our native language very early in life which is why we are able to speak it and to understand it without any problems. Our brain has been programmed to decode everything that is related to that language. This is a great memory training tool. However, when you hear someone talking in another language it can’t be decoded. This is because your brain hasn’t been exposed to it enough to be able to process it.
Mastering another language is an extremely excellent method of improving your cognitive abilities. This is because your brain will hear a lot of new things that it hasn’t previously heard. Mastering another language is hard to do, however you possess the ability to do so. Make sure you understand each aspect of the language prior to going on to the next level.

Former Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson got revenge on the team that let him go in the best possible way. Benson amassed 189 yards rushing and led his new team, the Cincinnati Bengals, to a 45-10 rout over the visiting Bears on Sunday. Carson Palmer threw for five touchdowns with no interceptions in the blowout victory. Cincinnati improved to 5-2 with the win while Chicago dropped to 3-3 on the NFL season.
The Bengals also made short work of the NFL pointspread, easily covering as +1′ home underdogs. Cincinnati improved to 4-3 against the number while Chicago evened their ATS mark at 3-3. The 55 combined points sailed OVER the posted total of 42′. The Bengals have gone OVER in four of seven games this year while the Bears evened their NFL totals mark at 3-3.
A smug Benson described his feelings after the win:
